Jang Jin-young passed away on September 1, 2009. He was 37.
During his lifetime, the deceased was diagnosed with late-stage gastric cancer in September 2008 and was battling the disease, before returning to the United States in July 2009. However, the symptoms worsened and he was hospitalized again in August of that year for treatment, but eventually died without recovering.
Since then, the love story between the deceased and her husband has caused many people to feel sorry.
The deceased married a long-term relationship in Las Vegas in July 2009 while recuperating and receiving treatment in the United States. He then reported his marriage on August 29 of the same year, but Jang Jin-young passed away three days later, making many people feel sorry.
Later, in December 2009, the husband published a book about meeting with Jang Jin-young, his disease-fighting life, and his marriage.
As time passed, sad news was reported ahead of the 15th anniversary of the deceased last year. In May last year, the father of the deceased died when he tripped and fell while preparing for his daughter's 15th anniversary event.
Meanwhile, the late Jang Jin-young made his debut in KBS2 'Angel in Me' in 1997, and later made his name known to the public in the 2000 film 'Foul King'.
He then won the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best Actress in 2001 and 2003 for "Single's" and won the Best Actress Award at the Korean Film Awards for "Love, That Unbearable Lightness" in 2006.
