Kim Se-eui, CEO of the Horizontal Sero Research Institute (Gase-yeon), who was accused of stalking and intimidating YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won), was eventually handed over to the prosecution.

The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul said on the 9th that it sent Kim Se-ui without detention on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act and defamation and intimidation under the Information and Communication Network Act.

Kim Se-eui sparked controversy in July last year by releasing related transcripts without Tzuyang's consent. The transcript released at the time increased the impact in line with the situation in which Tzuyang was threatened by YouTuber foot-and-mouth disease (real name Lee Jun-hee). The content contained the intention that Tzuyang had worked at an entertainment establishment in the past.

Tzuyang later confessed directly that "I worked at an entertainment establishment through the assault and coercion of my ex-boyfriend", but Kim Sei-ui continued to broadcast "It's not true" and eventually led to a legal dispute.

In February, the police decided not to send Kim Se-eui on the grounds of 'insufficient evidence', but the case was back on the line of investigation after the prosecution accepted Tzuyang's objection.

Tzuyang refused to investigate the police in April, saying, `We suspect the will of the investigation,' and Gangnam-gu District Office has been reallocated to other investigation teams to continue the supplementary investigation. As a result, it was decided that Kim Se-ui's charges were established and sent to the prosecution.
