BTS RM Shares Candid Thoughts on Marriage and Parenthood

Recently, RM shared his daily life with his fans by broadcasting live through the fan communication platform Weverse. On this day, he said "I think the problem is that I can't spend time alone well. There are times when people wonder if this is why they get married"I let off the rhyme.
Then "I was three when my parents were my age. I'm still like a child. I wonder how my parents got married and gave birth to me at that age"The social atmosphere must have been like that then, but it's really great to make a family."
RM also said, `I thought I'd get married someday, but I'm already 32 years old. Only 2-3 out of 10 of my friends are married. It's a trend that I'm not doing it anymore. I'll do it if I have a good relationship, but I can live alone"He confessed.
"These days, there is an atmosphere in which society forces marriage. In particular, women are often pressured by child problems or age. I wish we could live in our own hands. There is no right answer, he added, showing a mature look.
Her thoughts on giving birth were also straightforward. He said "Honestly, I'm still too much to raise myself. But if I think that I have a child and raise it, I don't think I can do it as I please"When I think about my parents' feelings when I was young, I wonder how much I would hate a child like me to come out," he confessed.
Then "It might be lovely, but in the end there's no right answer. My generation thinks marriage is the first generation to become a 'choice' rather than a 'must'. I hope they respect their lives," he said.
Meanwhile, all members of RM's BTS have recently completed military service and are preparing for a full comeback in 2026.
