Meanwhile, Kim Soo-hyun held a press conference in March this year and said he had dated the late Kim Sa-ron for about a year after he became an adult. However, he said he did not date the deceased when he was a minor. In addition, Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family revealed a reconstructed version of the KakaoTalk conversation, raising suspicions of manipulation and releasing an appraisal.

1. 3. For some reason (A), this false statement of position was left under the involvement of the deceased, and it was used a year later for serious cybercrime against innocent actors by people left behind for another reason (B) and by Se-yeon. The ripple effect was enormous, and those consequences could of course be foreseen. The perpetrators now, so obviously, are claiming that they just believed the deceased's direct Kakao Talk message. In this regard, the existing lawyers have already confirmed that they have asked the police for an accurate investigation.
4. 2024. 3. 25. The draft false statement made under the involvement of the deceased for some reason contains a number of obvious errors. This is the point that actor Kim Soo-hyun tried to convey at a press conference on March 31. However, the actors and agencies chose to simply reveal the truth at the time and quietly prove it through their existing lawyers, due to the memory of the deceased and concerns about damage to fellow celebrities. This is a sacrifice made by the victim, the actor, and the judgment should be respected.
5. Representatively, the 12-year age difference between the deceased and the actor is an objective constant fact. Nevertheless, the above draft false statement states that "I was 16 years old, my opponent was 30 years old" and pointed out a contradiction in itself. If the deceased is 16, the actor should be 28, and if the actor is 30, the deceased should be 18. Nevertheless, this statement was not enough to be a complete false fact, and in addition to that, the immutable fact was adapted to paint the false fact as maliciously as possible. This would have been a prepared propaganda designed to create an image of a man in his thirties psychologically dominating and sexually exploiting children (under the age of 16) considered incapable of sexual self-determination under current laws and social norms.
6. And, for some reason mentioned earlier, this project at the time had already been 'started' on March 25, 2024, but it could not have been 'executed' in the first place because it had no choice but to immediately prove false if it was at that time, but when the deceased died a year later, it was completely 'executed' toward the actor by means of exactly the same malicious frame maneuver (child psychological domination sexual exploitation).
7. And, immediately after that, despite the agency and actors constantly raising immediate and specific objections, Se-yeon later framed the actor with fabricated evidence and distorted interpretation, driving the victim to death. And, that false claim continues seven months later (recently: September 30, 2025 at the time of Seiyeon's live broadcast).
8. From the beginning of the incident, the actor had to face tremendous criticism from the public who were deceived by false frames, and no matter how objective the agency and actors refuted it, the fabrication of the Gaseyeon and the act of harm became even stronger. He tried to personally kill and bury the victim and bury her socially by first reinforcing and continuing false claims, such as dating for six years from the third grade of middle school and later sex in the second grade of middle school.
9. However, for the past seven months, our society has not been able to stop it. In fact, even if it's not the actor's diary letter I released a few days ago, it's too clear that a single letter from the actor to the deceased, who was in his third year of high school while serving in the military, cannot be evidence of their relationship at the time. Not only that, but on the contrary, the letter was rather an objective proof that the perpetrators' claims of 'child psychological domination and sexual exploitation over the years from childhood' were groundless. Can a person who has had sex with a child in the second year of middle school and dominated, exploited, and targeted psychology for the next four years write down the small impressions he felt while looking at nature and the sky and his determination to faithfully participate in military life like an essay? Nevertheless, the perpetrator's incitement paralyzed the public's normal thinking, and the majority of the public neglected or ignored secondary offenses against victims of cybercrime.
10. In the early days of the incident, the perpetrator ignored the court's provisional measures to stop stalking through repeated broadcasts, and the misconduct continues to this day. In the meantime, the forced investigation to secure evidence requested by the victim was not conducted on the grounds of the suspect's right to defend himself. 11. 13. However, even now, there are some who help the perpetrators, voicing that they lack proof. How far do we have to prove that the victim doesn't exist? If possible, I hope there will be no more disclosure of additional evidence. However, if the inevitable case comes, we will deal with it as carefully as possible so that it does not harm others, depending on the position that actors and agencies have consistently maintained from the beginning.
