On the same day, the 41st Division of Civil Agreement (Chief Judge Chung Hoe-il) of the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff at the trial of the exclusive contract validation lawsuit filed by Adore against the members of Newgens. The court did not accept all of Newzins' claims that Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Airdor, was ousted after an unfair audit by Hive and Airdor, and that the trust relationship broke down, and that girl group ILLIT manager under Hive label Belief Lab was treated unfairly, such as being told to ignore Hani.
In November last year, Newzins declared its independent activities, saying that the exclusive contract was terminated due to Ador's breach of contract, but the court has suspended its activities, citing all applications for prohibition, including the preservation of agency status and the conclusion of advertising contracts.
