According to the real estate industry on the 12th, Jang Won-young purchased a 244-square-meter house dedicated to the Lucid House in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for 13.7 billion won in March.
It is estimated that the transfer of ownership was completed last month, and the purchase was made in full cash, considering that the collateral security right was not established in the register.
Lucid House is considered one of the best villas in the United Nations Village, with the sale price exceeding 4 billion won even at the time of the initial sale in 2007. Lucid House, which is considered to be highly rare and excellent for privacy protection, is also famous as the place where actor Kim Tae-hee lived before marriage to singer and actor Rain.
