The event began with a pitching lecture by announcer Kang Ji-woo, who is active as an announcer and reporter for the first part, and the second part had performance presentations for works created by 24 prospective creators with 12 mentors and awards for six outstanding works over the past six months, and the third part drew responses from mentees as a place of friendship to celebrate their hard work.
In a greeting, CEO Won Dong-yeon, the head of the project, said, "I hope this project will be remembered as a good opportunity for 24 prospective creators to come to the scene, referring to the memories of my relationship with the film at Shin's Academy in 1992.

Starting with the opening ceremony on May 20, the Creative Talent Project, which consists of 24 best creative trainees (mentees) selected through documents and interviews, and 12 mentors, including directors, producers, and writers, held 'cross mentoring' to monitor other mentees' works in addition to regular meetings once a week. In addition, various collective lectures such as OTT investors, drama producers, lawyers, and pitching instructors have provided opportunities for mentees to provide optimal solutions to the field through various collective lectures such as previews of releases (all-time readers' perspectives) and viewing performances based on novels (musical almonds).
Realize Pictures, which first participated in the content creative talent project, which has produced about 3,900 talents for 14 years since 2012, has done its best to create content that can settle and grow in the content industry for six months as a business manager based on its production know-how for more than 30 years, and will continue to support its future moves.
