FNC Entertainment Maintains Quarterly Surplus...Best Quarterly Performance in Seven Years

FNC Entertainment (173940, FNC Entertainment). Hereinafter, FNC) disclosed consolidated-based performance in the third quarter of 2025 through the electronic disclosure system. On a consolidated basis, sales were 29.5 billion won in the third quarter and operating profit was 1.8 billion won, marking the highest quarterly performance in the last seven years, recording a surplus following the second quarter. As the recovery of performance from the second quarter enters a full-fledged growth phase, annual performance is also expected to improve significantly.

FNC recorded 18.5 billion won in sales in its music business as a result of its focus on core businesses, up 43% year-on-year. This represents about 62%, up 6 percentage points from 56% of the company's total sales in the previous year, indicating that the company's core business is continuously expanding. This growth in the music business is due to the expansion of performances at home and abroad. In addition, profit and loss performance seems to have improved through strengthening profitability in the music business.

In the third quarter, all of their singers continued their active performance activities with a total of 54 tours. In particular, P1 Harmony performed 9 times and N.Flying performed 16 times, and the largest performance in the quarter since COVID-19 was successfully held due to the expansion of the scale of the performance. In addition, the FNC band group joint concert 'FNC Band Kingdom', which expanded to Taiwan in the first quarter of this year, was held in Japan in July and Taiwan in August.

All FNC singers continue their active performance activities until the end of the year. FT Island, Jung Yong-hwa, and N.Flying will each hold encore concerts in Korea. In particular, N.Flying held three performances at the Seoul TicketLink Live Arena (formerly Olympic Park Handball Stadium), which was expanded from the previous Seoul performance, and sold out all seats in the previous round, proving the expansion of domestic fandom. Meanwhile, P1 Harmony recently completed its North and South America tour and is scheduled to tour Europe early next year, so it plans to expand its activities in the global market.

Meanwhile, the performance of another core business, the actor management business, is also expected to be visible with major actor Jung Hae-in's appearance in Netflix dramas. Accordingly, it is expected to continue its growth trend in the fourth quarter and further strengthen its profit structure.
