Han Ji-hyun will make another transformation by playing the main character Han Young-seo in an episode of the 2025 KBS2 one-act project 'Love: Track' (directed by Jung Kwang-soo, scripted by Jung Hyo). 'Love: Track' is a romance anthology that combines 10 different forms of love into short stories, and different emotions and narratives are the highlight of each episode.
'First Love Is a Series Earphone' is set in 2010. It is the first time that Han Young-seo, a model student who has never missed the first place in the school, accidentally connects with Kihyun-ha (Ong Seong-wu), who is called the school's troublemaker, and faces the dreams and emotions that have been locked down. The inner feelings that have been delayed due to reality and the excitement that I did not dare admit permeate the school uniform.
In the play, Han Young-seo maintains excellent grades and lives faithfully, but in fact, she is a character full of desire for freedom and urge to rebel against the world. Han Ji-hyun plans to closely fill the emotional line of the narrative by traveling across a wide range of ages from her teenage high school days to her adult years as a lyricist.
Han Ji-hyun, who recently left a strong presence by working with Park Jung-min and Shin Hyun-bin as PD Kim Soo-jin in the movie 『Face』 (director Yeon Sang-ho), is set to be released, and has also confirmed her appearance as fashion designer Song Ha-young in MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 『In Your Brilliant Season』. In addition to this, the main character of a one-act play is added, and it is literally continuing 'casting rush'.
Expectations are high on what kind of first love sensibility Han Ji-hyun, who is playing a variety of genres between movies and dramas, will show this time.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV's one-act project 'Love: Track' 'First Love is a Short Earphone' will follow shortly after the broadcast of 'Onion Soup' at 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 14.
