Jin Hae-sung Loses to Exposing Suspicion of School Crimes...press ahead with broadcasting activities

On September 5, the 20th Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court ruled against the plaintiff in a 10 million won damages lawsuit filed by Jinhae-sung and his agency against the alleged student violence. The court dismissed all Jinhae-sung's claims and asked Jinhae-sung to pay for the lawsuit.
Jinhae-sung submitted a middle school student record as evidence containing that the relationship with friends is smooth, but the court said that there was no school violence just because there are no records because school violence is often not known to teachers or parents due to fear of retaliation"I judged.
He also said that it is difficult to say that A's writing is false because middle school classmates commonly stated that Jin Hae-sung was from Iljin, and that the other victim's statements were detailed and consistent.
In February 2021, Mr. A wrote an article stating that he had been subjected to school violence by Jinhae-seong when he was in Dongjin Middle School. Mr. A claimed that Jin Hae-sung, a former student at the school, forced his classmates to do homework for him, beat him, and sexually harassed him. Jin Hae-sung directly refuted A's claims and sued A for defamation in the face of fact, but A was cleared of charges.
Jin Hae-sung did not appeal, so the ruling was confirmed as it was.
Since then, Jin has continued his activities such as MBN 'Welcome to Real'Hanil Top Ten Show' "Welcome to Jin" has about three episodes left, and "Korea-Japan Top Ten Show" will end on the 9th of next month.
