A Christian school in the UK has banned the Netflix animation 'K-pop Demon Hunters (hereinafter referred to as Kdeheon)' song.

On the 17th (local time), the BBC banned Lilyfoot Episcopal Early Childhood School in Pul, Dorset, England from singing 'Kedeheon' on campus.

The school recently told parents that `Some school members are deeply uncomfortable with the mention of demons in the song. In respect of the beliefs of those who feel uncomfortable with content with topics that may conflict with their faith, please do not let their children sing this song at school."

In response, some parents protested.

Interim principal Ellington received feedback from parents that songs like 'Golden' helped children learn teamwork and courage and kindness"But "Parents have the right to choose what content their children encounter at home, but within the school community, various beliefs must be considered. For some Christians, references to evil spirits can feel very uncomfortable. It is the school's role to help children understand different perspectives and learn how to respect the beliefs of others.'

Released in June, 'Kedeheon' is a story about Huntrix, a K-pop girl group exorcist, defeating Lion Boys, a K-pop boy group evil spirit, and gained syndrome-level popularity. Thanks to this, the OST 'Golden' was the first K-pop song sung by a female singer to top the Billboard main single chart 'Hot100', and other OSTs such as Lion Boyz's ㅏ"Your Idol" and Soda Pop" also hit the Billboard charts and received hot attention.
