Lee Hee-jin, who usually doesn't manage at all, said "I don't even exercise and I'm a big eater. I loved chestnuts so much that I ordered chicken, pizza, pig's feet, and I loved sweets so much that I was addicted to jelly and chocolate. I gained 12 kilograms compared to the past because I didn't work out," he confessed.
When the doctor asked her weight, Lee Hee-jin "The first digit has changed. It used to be in the 30kg range to the 40kg range. Since I gained a lot of weight, it's so hard to move my body and it creaks and hurts my knees" he said.

Lee Hee-jin "I had a medical check-up and I heard my cholesterol level was high. I wondered if I could do that to my body. Also, colon polyps came out, and health concerns became too severe. "I take nutritional supplements and if I like something, I take everything and maintain it, but I'm still very worried about my body."
Lee Hee-jin's medical examination followed. Lee Hee-jin, who has a slim body, was shocked by the 65% risk of developing fatty liver within 10 years. Lee Hee-jin said, `I didn't even think about local liver. I was worried about abdominal obesity and diabetes, but I'm scared because I can't even imagine fatty liver" he vented.
In response, the doctor said, `Although it is thin on the outside, the problem is that it is a dry obese fatty liver with visceral fat accumulated in the body.' `It is a typical skinny obese body type. It looks slim on the outside, but as chronic inflammation gradually accumulates, it puts a burden on the liver and increases non-alcoholic steatohepatitis." Even Lee Hee-jin was shocked again as he entered the pre-diabetes stage due to high fasting blood sugar.
