Min Hee-jin, former CEO of A-Door, answered the reason for New Jeans' loss.
On the 11th, the third hearing of the Civil Agreement Department 62 (Chief Judge Lee Hyun-seok) at the Seoul Central District Court held the third hearing of a 1.1 billion won damages lawsuit filed by Airdor against the dolphin gang and director Shin Woo-seok.
On this day, former representative Min attended the trial as a witness for director Shin. He argued that Shin's posting of the Newzins 'ETA' music video director's cut on the semi-hee-soo channel was verbally discussed, and that this was only normally allowed in the entertainment industry and did not cause damage to the door.
In response, Adore brought up the contents of the court's ruling regarding the lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract between Newzins and Adore. In November last year, Newzins declared that the exclusive contract was terminated due to Adore's violation of the contract, including the unfair dismissal of former CEO Min and a dispute with the dolphin gang. However, the court ruled that the exclusive contract between Adore and Newzins was valid. The fact that there was a dispute with the dolphin kidnapping group cannot be seen as violating the exclusive contract just by dismissal of former CEO Min and that the dolphin kidnapping group had excellent content production capabilities to the extent that it was difficult to replace other music video producers" was the reason.
Erdor asked "Do you know that Newzyn's allegations were rejected from both the first and second trials of the provisional injunction and that the ruling was confirmed?" and former representative Min replied "Yes."
Audor questioned again, "'Do you know that the reason for the failure of Audor's obligations, which Newzins claims, appears to be the result of Min's prior work of meticulously checking all data between Hive, Ador and Newzins to find elements necessary to form negative public opinion and file a complaint against Hive?' Former representative Min refuted, saying, `This trial deals with whether or not director Shin deserves a claim for damages.'
Newzins has appealed against the first trial's ruling. Min recently established a new agency, OK.
