The manager A, who betrayed singer Sung Si-kyung and made a financial gain, was accused by the police.

The Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul received a complaint on the 10th asking for punishment on charges of embezzlement on the job and violation of the law on aggravated punishment for specific economic crimes.

The accuser was a third party, not Sung Si-kyung or a person concerned, who argued that the pursuit of private interests that abused the trust of celebrities should be condemned.




However, just because a complaint has been filed does not immediately lead to an investigation into A. In the case of embezzlement or breach of trust in work, the victim's intention to punish is the most important, so the key is what position Sung Si-kyung will take against A.

If Sung Si-kyung wants punishment, it is unlikely that A will avoid criminal punishment. A is suspected of making unfair profits by stealing VIP tickets for Sung Si-kyung's performance while exclusively in charge of Sung Si-kyung's management practice for more than 10 years. If the amount of damage to Sung Si-kyung is more than 500 million won, the crime of aggravated punishment for certain property crimes can be applied and imprisoned for more than three years.

Meanwhile, Sung Si-kyung is preparing to return after overcoming A's case. He complained of extreme pain after A's case became known, delaying the release of YouTube content by a week, and said he was considering whether to hold a year-end concert.




However, on the 9th, he attended the '2025 Incheon International Airport Sky Festival' held at the Inspire Resort in Yeongdo, Incheon, and fired a signal for his return. "I think it's the first time in my life that I've received so many words of consolation and support," he declared that he would challenge the year-end performance.

The performance will be held from December 25 to 28 at KSPO DOME (formerly Gymnastics Stadium) in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
