Jinyoung Expresses Aspiration for Music Career

KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama 「"Suspicious Girl" (scripted by Heo Seung-min, director Park Yong-soon) is a romance music growth drama in which grandmother Oh Mal-soon (Kim Hae-sook) turns into 20-year-old Oduri (Jung Ji-so) overnight and enjoys her brilliant heyday once again, based on the movie of the same name "Suspicious Girl" (director Hwang Dong-hyuk), released in 2014. Jinyoung played Eunice Entertainment's genius producer Daniel Han in the play.
Jinyoung, a former member of the group B1A4, is currently working as a solo singer and producer. In particular, in the MBC boy group audition program 'Boy Fantasy-After-school Excitement Season 2', which aired in 2023, he played a role as a mentor and won favorable reviews from viewers. "Idol activities became a good experience for me and remained a happy moment for me," he said. "Daniel is a bit rough with vitriol, but I can't say what I have to say. There are times when I hate myself. I wonder what it would have been like if I were a producer of a different nature, but it's not always bad. Sometimes the results come out well in that way. It's an idea now, but I don't think it's a bad way to do well without hurting the other person's feelings."

Finally, regarding his plans to become a singer in the future, he said, `I am very sorry that I have not been able to completely resolve the wishes of those who like my music.'I would like to show it to you in 2025. If I release an album, I want to have a place where I can meet my fans closely," he said.
Meanwhile, the last episode of 'Suspicious Girl' will air on KBS2 at 9:50 p.m. on the 23rd.
