Yutaka Matsushige, who said he restricted directing to director Bong Joon-ho during the production of `The Movie of Solitary Gourmet,' said "I wanted to make a movie on a large scale beyond the project of a Japanese movie. So, I wrote a letter with a directing suggestion because I thought Bong Joon-ho would cook this work interestingly. Unfortunately, director Bong Joon-ho was unable to direct because of his time, but he was cheered that he wished the series well. However, I didn't know it would be released at the same time as Bong Joon-ho's new film 'Mickey 17'. I was very surprised."
'Lonely Gourmet The Movie' starts in Paris, France, takes pictures of Japan's remote islands, Korea's south wind and Geoje islands, and then goes back to Tokyo, Japan! It is a work that contains the unintended adventures of Goro, a professional soloist to find the ultimate soup. Yutaka Matsushige, Yuki Uchida, Hayato Isomura, Takehiro Murata, Yoo Jae-myung, Sansei Shiomi, An and Odagiri Jo appeared, and Yutaka Matsushige directed it himself. It will be released on the 19th.
