Actor Ryu Jun-yeol expressed his feelings about working with director Yeon Sang-ho for the first time through the Netflix film 'Gye Si-rok'.

Ryu Jun-yeol said at the Netflix film 'Gye Si-rok' production briefing held at Hotel Naru Seoul M Gallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 18th, "The director's scene was a fun scene for both actors and staff'''''''Yonniverse' was more than I imagined"

Revelation, which will be released on the 21st, is a story about a pastor who believes that it is a divine revelation to condemn the criminal of the disappearance case and a detective in charge of a disappearance case who suffers from the illusion of his dead brother chasing their respective beliefs. Director Yeon Sang-ho, who directed the films 'Train to Busan', 'Pandae', and the drama 'Hell', took the megaphone, and director Alfonso Cuaron participated as an executive producer.

As for how he joined 'Gye Si-rok', Ryu Jun-yeol was attracted by the fact that he could meet with viewers all over the world. Director Yeon seems to have been interested in Alfonso Cuarón because there were so many fans abroad. This work tells the story of human nature. It showed realistically what choices human faith makes and how far it can go. If you look at the existing director's work, there are fantasy elements and creative works. On the other hand, 'Gye Si-rok' is very realistic, so I thought that viewers all over the world would sympathize with 'Isn't it my story?' he explained.

In the play, Ryu Jun-yeol played the role of pastor Sung Min-chan, who witnessed the revelation of God. On the acting-focused part, he said, `I wanted to be seen as a transparent person with a sincere and clean view of work because my job is a pastor," he said.

He then shared his thoughts on completing his first work with director Yeon. Ryu Jun-yeol said "As I heard rumors, it was a scene where the actors and staff were all happy. There were also moments when imagination flashed rationally in the so-called world view of 'Yonibus''''''''Yonniverse' was more than I imagined" he expressed his admiration.
