Kim Ye-eun took the stage as the second runner of the second round 'One-on-One Death Match-On-Site Field Match' in MBN 'The Korea-Japan Top Ten Show'2025 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan. His opponent was the Tonaki sister, a representative participant in Japan. Nene of the Tonaki sisters, who watched Kim Ye-eun's first broadcast stage, was nervous about her excellent skills, and in fact, Kim Ye-eun made a strong impression on viewers by perfectly performing the 'Contact Line' stage in her first appearance.
In this competition, Kim Ye-eun selected Kim Tae-gon's 'Mang Bu-seok', capturing the attention of viewers with her unique deep sensibility and seasoned stage manners. The stage's completeness was enhanced by a combination of relaxed stage control that naturally induces the audience's response by shaking their shoulders, and cheerful expressions and gestures.
Above all, Kim Ye-eun's cool yet composed voice once again proved her presence like a `trot prodigy' by melting the charm of pansori and trot at the same time. His dance moves, which exuded traditional sensibilities, also drew enthusiastic responses from the audience.
The judges who watched Kim Ye-eun's performance were also impressed. Shin Sung praised his singing ability, saying, `I got goosebumps from my head the whole time I listened to it,' while Yuto of the opposing team also appeared to be hooked on Kim Ye-eun's stage, saying, `Tension went up.'
Kim Da-hyun then praised "Yeeun is a very strong person inside" and "It's really cool to see her keep her style to the end without being shaken." In the end, Kim Ye-eun beat the Tonaki sisters and won, proving her potential as a 'trot dark horse'.
