Seo Kang-jun, I have a notebook in my hand… The mystery of 'Undercover High School' is in full swing

Seo Kang-joon got his father's notebook and 'Undercover High School' entered a full-fledged mystery.

In the fifth episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama Undercover High School, which aired on the 8th, Jung Hae-sung (Seo Kang-joon) overcame the crisis in the surveillance of his followers and found clues related to his missing father. On this day, the broadcast remained at the top of Friday-Saturday dramas, recording 7.2% of Nielsen Korea's national standards and 7.0% of the metropolitan area. In particular, in the epilogue scene where Sua (Jin Ki-joo) finds traces of Haesung's father Jung Jae-hyun (Oh Eui-sik) in the past collection, the ratings soared to 9.6%, proving the viewers' immersion.

On the show, Haesung succeeded in making the top 10 in the school, which is a prerequisite for becoming a student council executive. However, he approached Lee Ye-na (played by Kim Min-ju), the president of the student council, to get recognition, but an awkward situation was created as the unexpected atmosphere cooled. Fortunately, the final selection was successful, and an inflection point also came to Haesung's school life.

Meanwhile, Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Ki-ju) continued to doubt Hae-sung and began to delve into his past. Sua has gradually expanded the investigation by directly contacting the school Haesung attended before transferring to investigate the past, and monitoring the NIS's four domestic teams through fellow teacher Kim Ri-an (Lee Min-ji). Attention is focusing on whether Sua will be able to reveal the truth that Haesung is hiding.

In addition, a subtle triangular relationship began between Haesung, Yena, and Ahn Yoo-jeong (Park Se-hyun). As Hae-sung began to care about Yoo-jeong, who avoided her, he approached to restore the relationship, and Yena, who was watching this, was on edge between the two. Later, at Yena's recommendation, the three of them had a meal together, but the conflict intensified as Hae-sung, who saw Yena just dealing with Yoo-jeong, couldn't stand it.

However, a full-fledged crisis broke out in the student council room that night. While Haesung was investigating the gwaejong clock, he received a questionable letter saying, `Nice to meet you, Agent Jeong Hae-sung,' and soon after, he was contacted by security guard Kim (played by Koo Min-hyuk), who knew him, to meet him on the roof of the school, exploding his tension.

However, an unexpected incident occurred. At midnight, the school's clock bell rang, and soon after that, security guard Kim was found dead. What was even more shocking was that he held Hae-sung's father, Jeong Jae-hyun's notebook in his hand. This plunged Hae-sung into chaos again, and the event entered an increasingly complex phase.

Since its first broadcast, "Undercover High School" has been receiving a hot response by providing fresh fun with a different combination of action, thriller, and academy material. On this day's broadcast, tensions were raised as actors such as Seo Kang-joon, Jin Ki-joo, and Kim Min-joo were added to the performance and unpredictable development.

Meanwhile, the sixth episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama Undercover High School, which opened the door to a full-fledged mystery with an unexpected death, will air at 9:50 p.m. on the 8th (today).
