In response to Yun Juno's proposal, Shimizu only made an ambiguous position of "Positive Review", and the M&A team, who was well aware that this meant rejection, decided to find another way. If you waste time without any sharp steps, you have no choice but to sign a contract in a direction favorable to Shimizu. As we don't know each other's deadlines yet, the M&A team had to find a way to get the answer they wanted.
