On May 30 last year, Park Ji-in, a 24-year-old nursing assistant, was found dead at the home of her ex-boyfriend, Ahn Hyun-woo (a pseudonym). He stated in a police investigation that `Ahn took drugs and fed them' but reversed the statement during the trial, saying "Statement due to coercive investigation".
According to the interview information obtained by the production team, Ahn questioned Park Sang-joon, who came to the visit, saying, `Why did you say you ate it when I told you that I ate it?'

In the end, Ahn was sentenced to nine years in prison for injury killing, not murder, but appealed, saying the sentence was heavy.
