Se-ok's provocation and Deok-hee's pressure, which continued until the fourth inning, are now entering a completely different phase. Deok-hee unexpectedly began to protect Se-ok, who was driven to the edge of the cliff by the investigation network. But the way it is, it explodes Seok's anger. Seok is engulfed in uncontrollable anger, and the lord, played by Yoon Chan-young, is horrified and shaken at the center of all this.
In addition, tension peaks again as Seok and Hyun-ho (Park Byung-eun) arrive at the operating room at the new request of illegal broker Min (Won Hyun-jun). But on the spot, he faces Deok-hee again face-to-face. Collision is inevitable, and the truth on the operating table is bound to be revealed.
