MC Seo Jang-hoon, Jonathan, PD Kim Min-ji, and PD Park So-hyun explained the program's planning intentions and differences at the EBS-E Channel co-production entertainment show 「Seo Jang-hoon's Neighborhood Millionaires」 held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 8th.
`The Millionaire in the Neighborhood' is a character-centered documentary entertainment in which Seo Jang-hoon visits successful figures from all walks of life and philosophy. The production team said that the key is to illuminate the direction of life and the sincerity of efforts, not just success stories.
Seo Jang-hoon "I thought everyone had something to learn, whether it was a small success or a big success. During the interview, I met a group of people who I would call my efforts and talents without foul play. Their stories will make viewers think about how to live.
Regarding the fact that tvN's 10 billion Breakfast is airing in a similar format, producer Kim Min-ji said, `Our program features a documentary-based, dense, autobiographical approach. Seo Jang-hoon's unique cool-headedness and warmth are balanced, and he emphasizes that he has in-depth conversations with the cast members.
Seo Jang-hoon also said, `The first time I was proposed was in September last year, and I didn't know that other programs were being produced at the time. "You'll feel the difference when you watch the broadcast," he said, expressing confidence.
Meanwhile, 「Seo Jang-hoon's Neighborhood Millionaires」 will premiere simultaneously on EBS and E channels at 9:55 p.m. on the 9th.
