SBS will have 30 members, and Jung Jo-joon will be a global fan with the audition 'BEMY BOYZ' following 'Universe Ticket.'

SBS has confirmed the first broadcast of the mega global boy group audition project 'BE MY BOYZ' in June.

SBS, which proved the potential of K-pop auditions through Universe Tickets', Universe League, will launch a next-generation boy group set around the world this time.

'BE MY BOYZ' is a survival program in which 30 global participants from all over Asia, including Japan, China, and Thailand, as well as Korea, compete fiercely. Powerful people with strengths in each field, such as performance, vocal, and production, will appear to capture not only their skills but also their growth narratives.

Above all, this project, which aims at the global fandom, is already drawing keen attention in that it is the starting point of the next generation of K-pop boy groups beyond auditions. SBS plans to attract fans by releasing various contents such as participant profiles and teaser videos sequentially from May through its official website.

In particular, 'BEMY BOYZ' is a long-term project aimed at a team that will serve as a stage in the global market beyond simple star discovery. Expectations are also high for the method differentiated from existing K-pop auditions, such as the composition of participants linked to local auditions and the real-time fan participation system.

"BEMY BOYZ" is scheduled to air in June 2025.
