In the fifth episode of tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama 's 'Resident Playbook' (played by Kim Song-hee, directed by Lee Min-soo, hereinafter 'Unseuljeon'), Oi-young (Ko Yoon-jung)'s self-confession for a guardian who is about to say goodbye, which is the saddest in the world, deeply touched the hearts of viewers.

While Oi-young was spending time with her young guardian, first-year resident Um Jae-il (Kang Yoo-seok) was experiencing unexpected growth pains. Um Jae-il, who could not believe his judgment while performing ultrasound tests of patients, was confirmed every time by senior residents Ki Eun-mi (Lee Do-hye) and Cha Da-hye (Hong Na-hyun).
Unlike Um Jae-il, who is excited to get the answer, the seniors' work was piled up while going back and forth to the ultrasound room.
