On the 7th, a production presentation for JTBC's new entertainment program 'Street Food Business' was held at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam, Mapo, Seoul. CP Kim Min-seok, PD Kim So-young, Ryu Soo-young, Fabry, Hwang Kwang-hee, Shin Hyun-ji and Bae In-hyuk attended the production presentation.
'Street Food Business' is a program in which people who are serious about Korean food and recipes cook on food bikes and travel through kitchen Spain in the Mediterranean Sea. The epitome of home-cooked meals recipe 'Wonam Teacher'Ryu Soo-young starts her business in CARDIS, Spain, led by Michelin chef and Korean food lover Fabry for 15 consecutive years.
CP Kim Min-seok "Item is a food bike. Despite it being his first business challenge, he said, "Let's go with a hard core." So the place changes every day and the recipe changes. "I decided to plan this type of program to do a business that gives different variations every day" he explained the program's planning intention.
Producer Kim So-young started with the idea of making a food program with extremely high degrees of freedom. My intentions fit in well. I'm satisfied that I filmed with various weather variables in various environments and I'm looking forward to the upcoming broadcast" he said.

Ryu Soo-young also said, "The biggest challenge is selling different menus every day in different places every day," adding, "That hasn't happened until now. Even those who actually do business don't do that, he said with a smile. There are also no Korean marts or Korean restaurants in Cardis. There was no place to shop when I went. I had to prepare 100 servings a day. Every day was a war. I went grocery shopping as soon as the shooting was over," he said, recalling the time.
At the same time, "I worked hard, but it was fun. It was very hard, but after a while, it became a glorified memory. After recording every day, it was not easy to shop and reorganize the recipe, but everyone held out well and it became a fun business."
Fabri also said "To persuade the guests 'This is the experience of life'". Honestly, it was also a life experience for me. It was the first time in my life that I had this kind of experience. It was really hard, but it was rewarding. Please enjoy it."
Ryu Soo-young and Fabri run a mobile kitchen called 'Food Bike' with Hwang Kwang-hee, Shin Hyun-ji, Bae In-hyuk, and Jeon So-mi. Different attractions that can only be seen in bicycle restaurants will provide pleasure.

Then, in a difficult environment, "I worked with the main writer for a long time, but after three episodes, it was so hard. 'How could you do this to me?' So 'I called you because it was you. He asked me to do it like it's the last one. I was trying to call the company, but I was 38 years old. Don't you think you have to do this to become an adult?" he complained. Then, CP Kim added "I wrote a diary with tears, saying I wanted to get off every day."

Bae In-hyuk, a novice in entertainment, thanked him for contacting me because he didn't have much experience in entertainment. I saw who the cast were. What kind of combination is this? I thought it was a random combination" but "I think the combinations that come from it came out well." Since the colors are all different, there could be conflicts from that. I think the chemistry that comes when the harmony is well expressed, so you can look forward to it," he said, heralding fun.

The difference is the feeling of standing at the starting line every day. The first time for all the cast members was 'Street Food Business'. Ryu Soo-young was the first to do rice business, and Fabry was the first to do it on the street. After trying it, there was little tension to know, and he enjoyed cooking like a freshman in college like he tried for the first time. The menu and location changed every day, so it was very difficult, but it was romantic in its own way," he added.
Ryu Soo-young also said there is no Korean mart or Korean restaurant in Kadis, Spain. They say it's more Korean Wave and K-food craze than I thought, but they don't seem to know much about Europe. "I thought Europe would be sophisticated and unfriendly, but it was more affectionate and family-like than us. If it's good because I ate it alone, I sometimes bring my family. I am confident that I can have a new perspective on Europe."
There is also a preconceived notion that Korean food is sweet and spicy. I wanted to change it because I was upset about it. I purposely took dried gondre and stuff like that. There are a lot of really delicious and interesting things, but I wanted to show them and make them understand."
JTBC 'Street Food Business' will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on April 8 (Tue).
