On the 14th, a video titled "'Ms. Son Tae-young, New Jersey' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Mrs. Kwon Sang-woo, New Jersey Woman Son Tae-young'. The video showed Kwon Sang-woo under construction in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, along with Son Tae-young, who spends his daily life in New Jersey, USA.
Kwon Sang-woo introduced the interior himself, saying "The construction has not been completed yet." The building was originally a car wash, but it is currently being remodeled as a complex cultural space for pop-up events.

It recently started construction after demolition, and the current market price is estimated to be about 43 billion won, which is expected to earn about 35 billion won in market profit for the first time in 10 years.
