Actor Kim Ji-hoon, who showed an intense presence as Wang Lee Jung-eun through SBS' Friday-Saturday drama 'Going Palace', expressed deep affection for the director and Yook Sung-jae.

Kim Ji-hoon played Lee Jung, a king who dreams of a strong country, in SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Gwigung' (written by Yoon Soo-jung/directed by Yoon Seong-sik), and performed across genres, from an all-around monarch and friendly head of household to the eight-chuckgui sage. Kim Ji-hoon's performance, which depicted the solid appearance of King Lee Jung, who did not lose his balance until the end, also led to a sharp rise in the ratings of 'Going Palace'.

In this work, Kim Ji-hoon drew the relationship between Yook Sung-jae and Yoon Gap-Kang Kang-i and Wang Jeong-eun, giving viewers a different bromance.

Kim Ji-hoon, who met Sports Chosun somewhere in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 11th, said "I have a lot of ideas during on-site rehearsals, but from the senior's point of view 'I hope this is the way it should be done."I tend to talk carefully when I think about '."Yook Sung-jae really accepted everything as if he were welcoming like a sponge. There will be acting that has been prepared, and it can be difficult to accept if you give other feedback on the spot, but he was excited and came out with good results because he wanted feedback actively."

He then said "That kind of interaction with Yook Sung-jae in the field went really well. It was thanks to such a process that the chemistry between Yoon Gap-cheol and Wang Jeong-eun came to life," he said, emphasizing the perfect chemistry between the two.

Kim Ji-hoon also expressed his gratitude for his collaboration with director Yoon Sung-sik, who worked with him on his third film. He said "The director was so good at leading the actors and creating the atmosphere of the scene that I was able to immerse myself very comfortably as an actor.""When you gave me directions, I felt trust and respect, so I was able to be more courageous as an actor." Thanks to the director, I think I can remember it as a good work."

Meanwhile, 'Going Palace' ended popularly on the 7th, recording 11.0% of Nielsen Korea's ratings.
