Netflix held a production presentation for the original series 'Squid Game' Season 3 (played by Hwang Dong-hyuk, directed by 'Squid Game 3') at Seoul Dragon City in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 9th. Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Lim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Wi Ha-joon, Park Kyu-young, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Jo Yu-ri, Chae Kook-hee, Lee Da-wit, and Roh Jae-won attended the event.
There was also considerable criticism of season 2. "Season 2 and season 3 were written and filmed at once," Hwang said. It was not a work that could be changed after seeing the reaction of season 2. However, the ending of season 2, these parts, and the narrative of the character were not organized and ended, so I think the disappointment I felt in that will be resolved a lot if I watch season 3." Regarding Season 3, Lee Jung-jae said, `We worked hard to make it, and accordingly, the evaluation is based on the feelings that so many people have seen, so rather than what kind of evaluation you want, I'm very curious about what kind of opinions will come out of the many precious opinions. Season 1 and Season 2 were all different. We looked at the opinions and said, "'It's well contained, but you watched it well.'" I didn't mean to do this, but you might misunderstand. You might be disappointed. That's what we always say. As a result, I think that various words are bound to come out because it contains various characters and many topics. Season 3 also said, "I can't wait to hear more opinions.'
Coach Hwang said, `I want to hear the evaluation that the things that were spread out in season 2 have been settled well. It's the finale. I hope it's like Squid Game."
'Squid Game 3' corresponds to the final finale of the 'Squid Game' series that sparked global syndrome. Season 3 tells the story of Ki-hoon (Lee Jung-jae), who lost his best friend in a game that he participated again with his own purpose, the frontman (Lee Byung-hun), who hid in the game while hiding his identity, and the final fate of the participants who survived the cruel game.
It will be released on Netflix on the 27th.
