SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Going Palace' (scripted by Yoon Soo-jung/directed by Yoon Seong-sik) is a fantasy rom-co in which a shaman who rejects the fate of a young girl and Lee Ji-gun, trapped in the body of Yeo-ri's first love Yoon Gap, are confronted by eight ears who have a grudge against the royal family and his body and soul are twisted tightly. In the play, Kim Ji-yeon played the role of a shaman, Yeo-ri (Kim Ji-yeon), and through realistic acting, she not only solved the story of the grudges, but also created tension against the eight ears by shining determined eyes.
Thanks to the enthusiastic performance, 'Going Palace' ranked first in viewership in all episodes and first in the week-long mini-series (based on Nielsen Korea), and ranked first in 89 countries including major countries such as the U.S., the U.K., and France, achieving global box office success. In the final episode, which aired on the 7th, the audience rating was 11.0% (Nilson Korea, based on paid households nationwide).
