 I saw this somewhere..Nevertheless, So Ji-seop's Square

"I think I've seen it somewhere."It's a square" that focuses on So Ji-seop's action.

It is a noir action drama in which `Kijun' who cut off his Achilles tendon and left the world of the square 11 years after the death of his second-in-command brother `Giseok, and digs into the background for revenge. Since it is based on a famous webtoon of the same name, expectations continued from the casting stage. In particular, So Ji-seop was the 0th-ranked casting that fans had hoped for in the original, and attention was also focused on whether So Ji-seop could fully implement the male standard of 'Gwangjang'.

Prior to the release of the entire film on the afternoon of the 6th, Netflix revealed the amount up to three episodes to the reporters. 'Gwangjang' is a total of six episodes, and in the third episode, which is half of them, Nam Ki-jun depicts the process from the death of his younger brother Nam Ki-seok (Lee Joon-hyuk) to the start of full-fledged revenge. It may give the impression that the development is somewhat slow by focusing on the psychological state of the criteria for determining the death and revenge of his younger brother until the third inning, which is half of the six episodes, but Nam Ki-jun, who tried to move away from violence by cutting off his Achilles tendon on his own, depicted a change in psychology that forced him to enter the world of fighting again.

So Ji-seop also thinks that it is a line made with the body when acting through a production presentation. I hope I can feel this person's energy and emotion when fighting." As the play progresses, I hope there will be a battle in the action. He said that it would be good to shoot the climax by gradually increasing the intensity of the action because if it was too strong from the beginning, the power would be lost in the back. In addition to this, I talked a lot, but fortunately, I think those things are well contained. "

Choi explained that the director also agreed with So Ji-sub's story and created the action. Coach Choi also said, `The reason why I want to feel the standard emotion in the session is because otherwise, the act of revenge of the standard could only be felt cruel. If you naturally sympathize with that, I thought I would support the act of revenge, so I made an action. " However, since Nam Ki-jun has a fatal weakness of leg discomfort after cutting his Achilles tendon, slow speed due to physical constraints cannot be ruled out. Nevertheless, the cool movements performed by the tall So Ji-seop give a feeling that they are enough to appreciate the action.

However, I can't erase the feeling I've seen somewhere. Just by looking at the appearance of the second generation of villains who belittle life and crime, and then the intertwined relationship of stronger enemies, several titles of familiar works, so-called "tornings", pass by. There are also embarrassing matches in some casts to the extent that director Choi's confidence that he valued synchro ratio is overshadowed by a narrative that is not special at all. Gong Myung, who played the villain for the first time, played Koo Jun-mo, the son of Gubongsan (Angilgang) and the successor of the organization, but the evil acts that he performed with a good face seem to be too much. In the awkward expression, the power fight with So Ji-seop also seems to have been completely pushed back.

However, the narrative development, which is not special to the relationship that seems to have been seen somewhere, gives viewers a familiar feeling of fatigue, while also giving them hope that 'knowing taste' is more delicious. Another point to watch is how differently fun 'Gwangjang' can give in the second half of the 4th to 6th episodes.
