JTBC's new Saturday drama 'Squire: Lawyers Who Dream of becoming a Lawyer' (hereinafter 'Squire') confirmed its first broadcast on August 2 and released the first teaser video featuring Lee Jin-wook's intense character.
'Esquire' is an office growth drama in which a new lawyer, Hyo-min (Jeong Chae-yeon), who is full of justice but lacks a sense of reality, meets Seok-hoon (Lee Jin-wook), a cool-headed and perfectionist partner lawyer.
Yoon Seok-hoon, played by Lee Jin-wook, is the head of the Songmu team and partner lawyer at Yulim Law Firm. In court, he is a cold-headed competitor who overwhelms his opponent with creative logic and provocative strategies. A perfectionist who rarely says anything private and has a thorough routine of coming to work on time and leaving work on time. However, he is recognized for his skills in the teaser video as well as adding an ESQ to the name of a lawyer in the Anglo-American world. The production team said "'esquire' will depict the process of lawyers and clients healing each other through various cases and characters' narratives."It will capture realistic empathy and humanism."
JTBC's new Saturday drama 'esquire' will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on August 2.
