Thai version of "Running Man" will be produced...Studio Prism and iQIYI Sign Global MOU

Studio Prism announced on the 24th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with iQIYI INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE, the Singapore headquarters dedicated to iQIYI's global business. Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate in various fields such as joint production, distribution, and global content planning.
As the first project, the two sides will begin a joint production of the Thai version of 'Running Man'. Previously, Studio Prism has proved the global competitiveness of the entertainment format by successively succeeding the Chinese, Vietnamese, and Philippine editions 'Running Man'. Starting with the production of the Thai version, it plans to expand the scope of cooperation to all parts of Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, where SBS IP has not entered.
In addition, it plans to expand joint business in the field of music and performance contents in the future. Along with the global expansion of K-content, the influence of SBS entertainment IP is also expected to be strengthened.
Director of the Global Business Center, Studio Prism Kim Yong-jae said, "This agreement is a synergy case that combines Studio Prism's production power and iQIYI's global distribution network. We will continue to collaborate with more diverse regions and contents in the future." he said.
