"It is not true that Dex will appear in the new drama 'Harem's Men'," an official from Kick the Huddle Studio, Dex's agency, told Sports Chosun on the 19th.
Earlier in the day, My Daily reported that Dex had confirmed his appearance early in the role of Latil's concubine. However, Dex's side drew the line that it was unfounded.
Based on a web novel of the same name, 'Men of Harlem" is a court romance fantasy about the female emperor of the Tarium Empire, Latil, who takes on male concubines to keep the emperor's seat. Actress Suzy is reportedly being proposed and considered as the main character, Latil.
Dex, meanwhile, debuted as an actor through the U+ Mobile tv original series 'Taro: Seven Stories', which was released last year. He will also appear in the ENA drama 'I Shopping' which will be broadcast in July.
