At the production presentation for MBC's new daily drama `The Woman Who engulfed the Sun' held at MBC's Golden Mau Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 5th, Jang Shin-young said, `I filmed it crying all day yesterday as well.'
"Woman Who swallowed the sun" is a drama about a woman's desperate revenge against a chaebol family in the name of her only daughter, a world in which the victim turns into a perpetrator.
Jang Shin-young plays Baek Seol-hee, a single mother full of bright and positive energy. Baek Seol-hee, who ran a snack bar and raised her daughter alone, is preparing for a desperate revenge that is different from before as she is caught in a whirlwind of fate in which her small but happy daily life collapses in an instant.
Jang Shin-young introduced the play, saying, "I'm between Lee Ruda and mother, and I'm living a happy mother-daughter life, and everything is taken away by an unintended accident." At the same time, about his role Baek Seol-hee "What should I do in a situation where my daughter, who is a victim, has turned into a perpetrator?' He explained, "A person who goes to take revenge on his own."
The mother-daughter acting breath is "We have a lot of emotional scenes, but we filmed it crying all day yesterday as well. Without that part, the center of the drama would be shaken, so I continued to act with sincerity."
MBC's new daily drama `The Woman Who swallowed the Sun' will premiere at 7:05 p.m. on the 9th.
