SBS Plus announced on the 20th that it will broadcast the game 'Special Baseball Live-Fireworks Fighters VS Dong-A University' live. This is the fourth in-person match to be held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul and the second broadcast through SBS Plus.
Earlier, 'fireball' was broadcast live on June 22 with a game against Inha University. About 17,000 spectators gathered at Gocheok Dome on this day, realizing its hot popularity. In-person tickets also sold out for the third consecutive time.
Studio C1 signed an agreement with SBS Plus to come up with an alternative live broadcast as it became difficult to release YouTube due to copyright issues with JTBC. Currently, episodes 1 to 5 posted on YouTube are closed to the public due to JTBC's copyright infringement report.
The upcoming showdown with Dong-A University on the 20th heralds another fierce competition. Tickets for the game will start to be booked from the 16th, and expectations are high on whether it will be able to continue selling out as before.
