KBS2's new weekend drama `The Gorgeous Days' (played by So Hyun-kyung, director Kim Hyung-seok) is `Every human being has Gorgeous Days. Whether now, in the past, or in the future. It is a story of a generational sympathetic family melodrama about the colorful days we meet in different meanings.
Cheon Ho-jin plays Lee Sang-chul, the standard of K-father, in the play. Sang-cheol is a responsible person who puts caring for his parents and children as the number one priority in his life with a good and honest personality. Although he had high self-esteem for his life, he began a lonely struggle in Act 2 of his life, suffering from cold reality and conflict of values with his son Lee Ji-hyuk (Jung Il-woo).
"Fancy Days" side opened the door to a full-fledged family narrative by releasing a still from Cheon Ho-jin (played by Lee Sang-chul). In the still, Cheon Ho-jin looks frugal and perfectly assimilated into the role of K-father's upright and sincere Sang-cheol. He captured the turbulent life story of a character who had to endure numerous trials as a breadwinner with his tight lips and deep eyes alone.
On the other hand, in another still, Sang-cheol's anguish is felt in his expression that seems to hide his complex inner thoughts. His drooping shoulders and empty eyes stimulate viewers' pity. KBS weekend drama `My Golden Life' and ' have been there onceChun Ho-jin, who won two grand prizes in ', is drawing attention to what kind of new father image will be built to provide empathy and resonance in this 'Gorgeous Days'.
The production team of 'The Splendid Days' will portray the father's face penetrating the times by taking the center stage of the play with heavy weight,' he said."We will portray the life of a man who has protected his family quietly with deep acting, conveying a warm resonance between generations and generations.'
Meanwhile, KBS2's new weekend drama `Gorgeous Days' is 'Please take care of the 5 Eagle brothers!' As a follow-up, it will premiere at 8 p.m. on August 9.
