Director Garrett Edwards' Jurassic World 4 Love Letter to Director Steven Spielberg

Director Garrett Edwards shared what he felt while directing the movie 'Jurassic World: A New Beginning'.

Director Garrett Edwards said in a press conference in Korea that the movie `Jurassic World: A New Beginning' held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 1st that `This movie seems to be a love letter to Steven Spielberg.'

Released on the 2nd, 'Jurassic World: New Beginning' (hereinafter 'Jurassic World4') is a story about Zora and Dr. Henry, who entered the most dangerous island on Earth, where the secret research center of Jurassic Park is located in the past to save mankind, discover the shocking truth that has been hidden and have to survive under the threat of dinosaurs. Director Garrett Edwards, who was recognized for his directing skills in the films 'Rogue One: Star Wars Story' and 'Creator', took the megaphone and completed the original world.

Director Garrett Edwards said, `The most important thing about making a movie like this is to be a fan myself. When someone asks me to make a successful 'Jurassic World' series, it's hard to put it into words. Once you are a fan of the movie, you can make all audiences feel it beyond language. It seems that hundreds of decisions are made when making a movie. If you go to the left, you will follow the original 'Jurassic World', and if you go to the right, you will flow in a completely different direction from the original. As a director, I tried to keep the balance between the two sides well, and I made the movie selfishly for me"'Jurassic World4' is like a love letter to director Steven Spielberg.'"
