Park Yong-woo met with Sports Chosun at somewhere in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 15th and responded to the end of the LG Uplus STUDIO X+U mid-form drama 「The Hunter with the Mess」 (directed by Junghoon Lee Cho Han-young, Park Hyun-shin, Hong Yeon-i, and Jin Se-hyuk).
He made a strong impression by decomposing from 'The Hunter with the Mess' (directed by Junghoon Lee, scripted by Cho Han-young, Park Hyun-shin, Hong Yeon-i, and Jin Se-hyuk) into a psychopathic serial killer and the true culprit of the tailor's murder 'Yoon Jo-kyun'.
Yun Jo-kyun's cool and sharp appearance was excellently expressed, leaving an intense filmography. He was active at the center of the play with a very extreme atmosphere, going back and forth between the warm and cozy neighbor 'Choi-kyun' and his twisted father voice toward his daughter Seo Se-hyun (Park Joo-hyun) and 'Yoon Jo-kyun'.
On top of that, Park Yong-woo's voice, eyes, and the details shown in each small action make viewers feel cold. It is said that he showed extraordinary affection for the work by acting his eyes freely, maximizing the ambivalence of the character, and discriminating against small actions and tone of voice.
However, he drew attention by saying, "Any work has something in common that is unpleasant" and "This work also has a lot of regrets because time is extremely short due to various conditions.""
'The Hunter with the Mess' was never an easy challenge for him physically. At that time, Park Yong-woo was filming three works at the same time, including 'Eunsu Good Day' in addition to 'The Hunter with the Mess'.
Park Yong-woo said, "It was not just this work that I focused on, but the three works overlapped."The weather was very cold and the conditions were not enough, so we filmed it tight." he said.
"If I could have discussed more with the director or fellow actors and refined the scenes, I could have tried more diverse expressions," he said, adding that "those points remain particularly regrettable".
He also mentioned his relationship with actor Park Joo-hyun, who appears as his daughter in the play. "In fact, I didn't have enough time to meet and talk physically. Joohyun also had a lot of footage, and it wasn't easy for me to coordinate on the spot because I worked on three works"But there are times when the emotional line explodes unexpectedly at the filming site. We thought a lot about each other not to express those moments mechanically.'
Meanwhile, 'The Hunter with the Mess' starring Park Yong-woo can be streamed on U+tv, U+Mobiletv and Disney+, a global online video service (OTT).
