Choi Yu-ri met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 28th and said, "It was not an easy challenge because I was so bad at it"I practiced hard for four months."
The movie 'Zombie Daughter', which will be released on the 30th, is a comic drama about a father of a daughter who has begun top-secret training to protect her daughter, who became the last zombie in the world, and the director of 'Hosteul' took the megaphone. Choi Yu-ri transformed into the last zombie Sua in the world.
Choi Yu-ri drew attention by perfectly performing BoA's 'No.1' dance in the play. He practiced for about four months"I'm not very good at dancing, so I had a lot to work on, but the choreographer and the staff around me helped me a lot, so I was able to pull it off well." Then, when asked how she felt about seeing the dance scene through the screen, Choi Yu-ri said, "I was satisfied enough because I knew well that I was going to do it myself. I watched him dance on the screen and thought, 'Oh, his dance has improved a bit.' (laughs). I was embarrassed to see him flapping by himself."
He also said he received a lot of help from Cho Jung-seok while filming the dance scene. Choi Yu-ri said, `There is a scene where I dance with my dad in the movie.' `If I had to modify the choreography in the middle or I didn't know how to take the flow, my dad advised me that 'Yuri, I think I should match the movement like this here.'
Regarding BoA's 'No.1', "At first, I thought it was just a simple insertion song, but the lyrics seemed like a message to Jung-hwan to Su-ah. In the song, the lyrics 'Don't curse him for changing' appeared, and it was like referring to Sua. Didn't a lot happen after Sua turned into a zombie in the movie. I thought that 'No.1' was a song that really goes well with the work"He confessed.
