Actor Lee Jung-eun expressed her gratitude for the enthusiastic interest of the original fans of the movie Zombie Daughter.

Lee Jung-eun met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 24th and said, `I think the original fans' response was good because my face was a bit of a catwalk and centralized.'

「Zombie Daughter」, which will be released on the 30th, is a comic drama about a father of a daughter who has entered top-secret training to protect her daughter, who became the last zombie in the world, and the director of 「Hostle」 took the megaphone. Lee Jung-eun played Bam-soon, a grandmother who disciplines her zombie granddaughter.

Lee Jung-eun worked with Phil for the second time with "Zombie Daughter" following the original series 'Lucky Misdiagnosis Day'. In fact, it is burdensome for an actor to play a role that is not his age on the video media, he said, adding that the director first suggested what the schedule was like when filming 'Fortune Misdiagnosis Day'. The director is kind of emotional and he's so good at filming genre. At that time, I didn't read webtoons, but the story of saving my granddaughter was impressive. For some reason, if the director worked on this movie, he would work on every scene. I dressed up as a mother, but I thought about how to make the character's facial expression good.'

In particular, it attracted attention as the most synchronized character among fans of the original webtoon. Lee Jung-eun "My face is a bit of a five-species, centralized type (laughs). Thank you for the efforts of the costume team and the makeup team staff who made the character.

Not only the visuals, but also the skillful acting of the Jeolla dialect drew attention. Lee Jung-eun "I didn't use Jeolla dialect in webtoons, so I was worried that my character might look rough."I can actually tell you now, but I tend to make a lot of effort to completely digest the dialect lines. There has also been a lot of data on recordings that can be referenced. If you ask me to use dialect for everyday words, I don't think I can do it. Usually, before shooting, I get a reference from a movie company or practice by receiving dialect from various teachers. After acting so passionately, I sometimes get burnout because I don't think I've been able to show everything as I tried. When filming this movie, Kyung-ho and Jung-seok's family-in-law are in Jeolla-do, so I asked for advice, "Do you think this is right?" I think it's important to know who is influenced by dialect acting."
