It's bound to be a paperback..Trigger Kim Nam-gil and Kim Young-kwang's cooperation

The cooperation between Kim Nam-gil and Kim Young-kwang begins.

The upcoming Netflix series 'Trigger', which will be released on July 25, is a gun disaster action thriller about two men with guns for their own reasons amid the delivery of illegal guns of unknown origin and the constant occurrence of gun incidents in South Korea. A chaotic world where safety devices are removed, events that stimulate triggers in people's minds and dynamic gun action provide thrilling tension.

While intense teaser posters and trailers were unveiled earlier, the character still released on the day stimulates curiosity by capturing the images of Lee Do (Kim Nam-gil) and Moon Baek (Kim Young-kwang) in the middle of the gun incident. First, the sharp eyes of the police officer Lee Do with a sniper rifle catch the eye. A former military sniper in a conflict zone, he faces an illegal gun case and raises his gun again to defend justice. Kim Nam-gil explained that "Ido has deep wounds, but he is a person who tries not to pay back the wounds he suffered to the world as it is." He is also a person with a strong will to move toward the future rather than be captured by the past. A character whose charm is his restrained inner self and quiet determination."

On the other hand, Moon-baek reveals his presence in a completely different atmosphere. Unlike Lee Do, who was carefully aiming at the target, Moon Baek feels free-spirited and relaxed. The unique styling and playful expression add more curiosity to the 'mystery helper' Moonbaek character. Kim Young-kwang said, "Literature was very free-spirited and new to me", and "Moon-baek is also a character with a dark past, and he was greatly attracted to the character's image transformation during the play."

Above all, the setting that two men with conflicting feelings hold guns for their own reasons and cooperate at the scene of a gun incident is interesting. Director Kwon Oh-seung said, `The emotions conveyed through actor Kim Nam-gil's eyes can be felt as a narrative in itself, and the slightly frowned deep brow adds to the character's authenticity and persuasiveness. I was sure that the character 'Ido' that this attractive actor would create would lead viewers naturally into 'Trigger'," he said, expressing his deep trust. Then "Kim Young-kwang also has an intense charm that has no choice but to become a literary man." His smile has the power to mislead people. I thought that fascinating smile expressed 'literature' itself" added expectation. Director Kim Jae-hoon, who co-directed the movie, also stressed that it will be a lot of fun to see how actors expressed the relationship between Lee Do and Moon-baek, who are changing every moment, and all these processes of change.

The Netflix series 'Trigger' will be released worldwide on Netflix on July 25.
