Actor Jung Woong-in confirmed his appearance in the original TVing series Becoming a legend of a foodie and predicted the birth of another life character.

The original TVing series "becoming a chef legend" (played by Choi Ryong, director Cho Nam-hyung) is a military-based comedy-drama in which a cook who wears a kitchen knife instead of a gun and an apron instead of a bullet becomes a legend following the quest screen to save his life.

Based on the popular webtoon of Naver of the same name (writing/picture J-Robin, Lee Jin-soo), a realistic and warm story based on the experience of a real chef-turned-writer and sensational production by director Cho Nam-hyung will be added to provide fresh genre fun and touching emotions.




Jung Woong-in takes the center stage of the work by playing the role of 1st Battalion Commander 'Lt. Col. Baek Chun-ik'. Lieutenant Colonel Baek Chun-ik is a leader who listens to the trivial stories of soldiers, and at the same time, he has a soft charisma that causes tension in his successor officers just by their existence.

Jung Woong-in, who played Baek Chun-ik, will play a central role in leading major episodes of the play, intertwining with strong personalities such as Kang Sung-jae (Park Ji-hoon), Park Jae-young (Yoon Kyung-ho), Cho Ye-rin (Han Dong-hee), and Yoon Dong-hyun (Lee Hong-nae). It is expected that Jung Woong-in's unique detailed acting and weight will further enhance the immersion of the play.
