'I'll take your place on a trip' is a healing trip emotional drama in which an idol-turned-travel reporter, who has never been a main character in his life, travels on behalf of him and finds the meaning of life. In this work, Kim Jae-young graduated from a prestigious university of engineering and joined a large company, but suddenly entered the film department after leaving the company, playing the role of 'Lee Yeon-seok'.
In the first still released, Kim Jae-young captured the multi-layered charm of Lee Yeon-seok, who seemed to be delicate and indifferent. A serious look with a serious eye while talking on a mobile phone reveals the inner side of Yeon-seok who is in a slump and induces empathy. In addition, the scene of sitting on the stairs with a broadcasting station pass around his neck conveys the hardships of realistic youth, and the smiling face against the vehicle under the sunlight implies his warm true appearance.
Lee Yeon-seok has been working on writing a full-length scenario for two years, but he has not written a single line and is making a living by working as an editing part-time job. In the meantime, a special relationship begins as he is in charge of editing Kang Yeoreum (Gong Seung-yeon), a travel reporter, and his hidden warmth and sensitivity gradually emerge.

'I'll take your place on a trip' is scheduled to air in the second half of the year on Channel A.
