According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets on the 14th, 'Jurassic World: A New Beginning' was watched by 456,212 people from the 11th to the 13th, and the cumulative audience was 1,736,029.
"Jurassic World: A New Beginning" (director Garrett Edwards) released on the 2nd tells the story of Zora and Dr. Henry, who entered the most dangerous island on Earth, home to the secret research center of Jurassic Park in the past, and have to discover the shocking truth that has been hidden and survive under the threat of dinosaurs, starring Hollywood actors Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Rupert Friend. Second place is the movie 'Superman', which was watched by 397,617 viewers. The cumulative audience attracted 548,479 people. Released on the 9th, 'Superman' is a mega superhero action blockbuster in which Superman, the most powerful being on Earth, confronts the worst enemies who want to destroy the world. Director James Gunn, who directed the `The Suicide Squad' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy', took the megaphone for the first time since his appointment as the new head of DC Studios.
Third place went to the horror thriller `Noise' starring actor Lee Sun-bin, which attracted 313,659 viewers. The cumulative audience is 1,183,712.
Released on the 25th of last month, 'Noise' is a real-life horror thriller in which Joo-young faces a mysterious incident while searching for her missing sister in a noisy apartment complex every day due to floor noise, and director Kim Soo-jin's feature debut. With the recent release of a series of Hollywood masterpieces, it has set a meaningful record of exceeding 1 million cumulative viewers.
