"My Girlfriend is a manly man" heralded a clear and refreshing youth romance like a watercolor painting.
The online production presentation for KBS2's new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'My Girlfriend is a Manly Man' was held on the 23rd. Director Yoo Gwan-mo and actors Yoon San-ha, Arin, Yoo Jeong-hoo, and Chu attended the scene.

My girlfriend is a real man. It is based on a popular webtoon of the same name. It is a crazy romance between Kim Ji-eun, a girlfriend who became a flower boy overnight, and Park Yoon-jae, a girlfriend who can't give up on such a girlfriend, directed by Yoo Gwan-mo of 'Police Class', '9.9 Billion Woman', and 'Perfume'.
Director Yoo said of the work, "A watercolor-like drama" and said, "It is a watercolor painting that depicts K-Youth in the summer of 2025. It tells the story of friendship and family as well as the process of protecting love between the two protagonists in distress. We also prepared a variety of things to see for overseas viewers"It raised expectations.

On top of that, Yoon San-ha, Arin, Yoo Jung-hoo, and Chu will star in a terrestrial drama for the first time. Yoon San-ha plays Park Yoon-jae, whose girlfriend Kim Ji-eun suddenly becomes a man and suffers havoc. As for how he came to join the work, he said, `I've been curious about the story since I first saw the script. 'Does the main character's girlfriend have a manly personality?' I did, but it was a drama with a twist. I was curious about Yoon-jae's situation, and I really wanted to play this character once. It was a challenge for me, too" he said.
When asked what it would be like to change the gender of a loved one like Yoon Jae in the play, Yoon San-ha said, `If that happens, I'll be really embarrassed"If the friend is a precious friend to me, I think I will not lose my affection and act like Yoonjae."," he replied.

Arin, who played Park Yoon-jae's girlfriend, Kim Ji-eun, wanted to do the Rocco genre so badly"As soon as I read the script, my heart fluttered, and the content was so refreshing that I read it happily." Watching the scenes where I turned into a man, I wondered if I should dress up, and fortunately, I was grateful that Yoo Jeong-hoo did a great job.
Then, regarding the chemistry between Yoon San-ha and Chuu, "We encountered a lot on music shows during our idol activities. Yoon San-Ha is the same age as his debut, and Chu-lang was on the stage at the end of the year award ceremony. "What surprised me while acting was that Yoon-san looked like Park Yoon-jae and Chu looked like Kang Min-ju. I was so immersed in the character that I couldn't remember it on stage," he said.
In particular, Arin will draw the opposite of the character in the recently released Wave original drama 'S Line'. "The genres of the two works are different, so I think it will be fun to watch them," he said.
