How will Kim Nam-gil and Kim Young-kwang react in a flashpoint.
The Netflix series 'Trigger', which will be released on the 25th, is a gun disaster action thriller about two men with guns for their own reasons amid the delivery of illegal guns of unknown origin and constant gun incidents in South Korea. A chaotic world where safety devices are removed, events that stimulate triggers in people's minds and dynamic gun action provide thrilling tension. The meeting between Kim Nam-gil and Kim Young-kwang, who are known as action thriller masters, in an interesting setting that has never been met before, is raising expectations.
Meanwhile, Lee Do (Kim Nam-gil)'s precarious eyes in the main poster released stimulate curiosity. Lee Do's face, in shock as if facing an unexpected crisis, raises questions about the future story. Above all, the smoke-filled gun immediately after someone pulls the trigger and the dangerous assumption that 'if the gun is placed in everyone's hands' pulls the ring of tension.
The main trailer released together announces the arrival of a new world in Korea. "It's a relief that Hell Joseon doesn't have a gun." A violent gunshot rings out, and the victims begin to occur in the shooting. The bigger problem is that there are people who want guns. Illegal guns disguised as courier are found, and Ido begins to track the truth related to this.
In the midst of an unpredictable crisis, Lee Do faces Moon Baek (Kim Young-kwang), a mysterious man who came to find a parcel. Moon-baek explains the clues related to the incident, saying, `I received a delivery box a few days ago, and there was a bullet and an address book.' Even those who team up with Moon-baek and dig into the case. At the same time, packages are delivered one by one to those who want guns. Following the appearance of Gu Jeong-man (Park Hoon), who says that 'opportunity' has come, a large amount of money comes and goes among mysterious people, and confusion comes to a world that was far from a gun. I wonder if Lee Do and Moon Baek will be able to find someone who distributes illegal guns, and what choices people who face guns will make.
Director Kwon Oh-seung, who directed and wrote 'Trigger', said "'Trigger'" depends on which character the gun meets, and the use, meaning, and development of the situation vary depending on whose hand the gun is in. The point of the work is that it is the charm of the "trigger" that makes you think about "who had to hold the gun and why" rather than "how to shoot it". Director Kim Jae-hoon, who co-directed the film, added expectations by explaining the story, "'Trigger' is a story of people who hold guns with their own stories, people who want to put guns in their hands, and people who want to put guns out of people's hands.'"
The Netflix series 'Trigger' will be released worldwide on Netflix on the 25th.
