Dex has begun its full-fledged acting career through 'I Shopping'. Despite being his first drama challenge, he drew praise from the director and his co-stars as a `possible newcomer.'

On the afternoon of the 21st, the production presentation of ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'I Shopping' was held at the Sangam Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Director Oh Ki-hwan, actors Yeom Jung-ah, Won Jin-ah, Choi Young-joon, and Jinyoung Kim (Dex) attended the meeting.

ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'I Shopping' (directed by Oh Ki-hwan / script by Ahn So-jung / production group Aite, Take One Studio), which premieres at 10 p.m. today (21st), is an action thriller about the desperate survival and revenge of children who barely survived at the threshold of death after being abandoned by their adoptive parents. It is expected to make a fresh impact on the small screen, foreshadowing an unconventional setting dealing with an illegal adoption cartel that buys and sells abandoned children to parents and allows a free refund after adoption.




Dex cautiously revealed his beginnings as an actor, "At first, I felt like I could see if I really wanted to try. But while filming the work 'Taro', I felt that the acting suited me so well. As a human being, Kim Jin-young seems to fit more naturally." He then expressed his affection, saying, `I like to concentrate, but acting is really attractive in that I can lead a work through immersion.'

Director Oh Ki-hwan, who directed the show, said, `I don't know much about entertainer Dex. I met as an actor Jinyoung Kim. Since the meeting, there has been seriousness and potential. By the time of crankup, he had grown into an actor completely different from his first month" he complimented.

The reactions of the actors who worked together were also positive. Won Jin-ah "I was worried a lot on the spot, but when the shot went in, my eyes changed. The concentration was excellent,' Choi said. Choi Young-joon was a fan of the Dex, and his competitive and fearless personality was also revealed at the scene. I truly felt that he was a good actor."




Yeom Jung-ah also seems like the youngest who is usually cute and fat, but she lives as Chung Hyeon's character from morning to evening. As a rookie, his absorption and attitude were impressive", he commented.

ENA 'I Shopping' will premiere at 10 p.m. on the 21st and will be exclusively released on OTT TVing.
