Yum Jung-ah, chairman of a large hospital, returns as an all-time villain (iShopping)

ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama "I Shopping" (played by Ahn So-jung, director Oh Ji-hwan) is an action thriller about the desperate survival and revenge of children who barely survived the death threshold after being abandoned by their adoptive parents.
Yeom Jung-ah plays Kim Se-hee, the chairman of a large hospital and running a charity foundation in the play. A respected medical celebrity on the outside, but in reality, he is the de facto leader of an illegal adoption organization. Under the crooked belief that only superior genes should survive, he runs a shocking business of 'i-shopping' and does not hesitate to act unethically for the purpose.
While looking forward to seeing how Yeom Jung-ah will handle the unconventional character, he talked about how he chose 'I Shopping' and how he felt about the first broadcast. "The subject matter was fresh, and it was a work that had a lot of room to fill as an actor."The reason for the challenge was that the active growth of hurt children consisted of dramatic narratives and that they could play an intense character called 'absolute evil' within them."
Yeom Jeong-ah cited 'Dualty', 'Absolute Evil (惡)', and 'Complex' as the three keywords that can explain Kim Se-hee's character. "Those are words that may sound a little negative, but they mean complex and evil characters," he said. "I could feel pleasure playing the dual side of Se-hee."," he added.
In addition, Yeom Jeong-ah said, "I've played a villain in previous works, so I struggled to create a character that was a little different."Based on the premise that the character Se-hee is not just a villain, we have had a lot of discussions with the director, writer, and production team so that viewers can understand why she became a monster."
Won Jin-ah and Jinyoung Kim, who worked together, showed affection. "Both actors are really lovely, and they are juniors who are happy just by looking at them. Not to mention that actress Jin-ah is good at acting, she was always full of energy and played a role as a mood maker on the set. "I was impressed by actor Jin-young's sincere attitude toward acting or even though he might not be familiar with the set yet." I think I'll be a good actor in the future."
