Actor Bang Hyo-rin, who played an active role in Netflix's topical film 「Ama」, revealed the intense preparation process to digest bold scenes.

'Ama' depicts the bare face of the movie industry, which is hidden by the colorful spotlight, set in Chungmuro in the 1980s. It depicts the conflict and solidarity experienced by Hee-ran (Lee Ha-nee), a top star of the time, and Joo-ae (Bang Hyo-rin), a rookie selected through an audition, in the process of making a film called 「Ama Ma'am」. It is also the first series directed by director Lee Hae-young after 'Dokjeon'Ghost'.

Bang Hyo-rin, who met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 27th, asked questions about the exposure scene "There were many exposed or stimulating gods, but at the time of filming, he was only faithful to that situation. I don't know if there was a CG post-processing, but at the site, I fully discussed with the director how far I would go through the conti and proceeded with it calmly.

He then explained that "I chose this setting after knowing it from the audition stage, so I decided to go in rather than burdening myself.'

At the request of head coach Lee Hae-young, he also said that he even increased his physical size to change his physique. " said he wanted me to gain a little weight on my forearm, so I increased my weight by doing both fitness and diet. He added, "I ate as much food as I could and followed the diet that the trainers made me."

He also told the behind-the-scenes story that he steadily learned tap dance and horseback riding, which were the jobs of 'juae' in the play, right after casting. Bang Hyo-rin "I practiced tap dancing for three hours a day and continued to learn horseback riding. I rode a horse by the sea and practiced constantly."

There was also a grievance about the lines mixed with smoking smoke and abusive language. Bang Hyo-rin said "There are many scenes where I smoke, so I had a lot of worries about where to practice. I went around looking for real smoking booths, practicing with smoking cessation candles and asking smokers around me how to do it," he said with a smile. The swear words in period dramas of the 1980s were also unfamiliar at first, but they immersed themselves in emotions thinking they were expressions for acting," he said.

Meanwhile, 'Ama' was released to more than 190 countries around the world on Netflix on the 22nd.
